Transferring Timby's materiality and philosophy to digital required an integrated approach. A diversified Google Ads structure was implemented: Search, Local, Brand and Remarketing, aimed at accompanying the user at every decision-making stage. The aim: to generate qualified leads and local traffic, giving visibility to the entire range offered, from interior flooring to complex facades.

Strategic analysis

The preliminary phase involved an in-depth study of the Timby catalogue and its market positioning. It was necessary to segment the different business lines - from indoor and outdoor flooring to façades - in order to understand the distinct purchase paths of the target groups (private individuals and designers). This analysis made it possible to identify the need for an approach full-funnel, selecting the most appropriate campaign mix to target both conscious search and brand protection.

Setup and activation

On the basis of the defined strategy, the technical structuring of the Google Ads account was carried out. Granular search campaigns were activated to intercept specific keywords for each product, flanked by Brand campaigns to consolidate the company's authority. At the same time, the implementation of Local campaigns aimed at stimulating physical traffic to the site, while Remarketing was configured to maintain contact with the user during the long decision-making cycles typical of the construction and furnishing sector.

Data monitoring and optimisation

Following the launch, the activity focused on the constant analysis of KPIs and conversions, monitoring both qualified lead generation and local interactions. The examination of the data drove targeted interventions: from cleaning up search terms to adjusting bids and refining ads. This iterative process maximised the budget on the highest-performing areas, progressively improving the traffic quality and return on investment (ROAS) of the campaigns.
